So many times, people in life, including myself, stress about everyday worries, bills, debt, food, kids, they even concentrate on family and even friends problem, they are always whoa is me, why does this have to happen to me, they whine to God about their problems.....but yet when the tables turn and everything is hunky dorey, it seems that though they don't have anything to say to God....people also blame God when their family members die, or something traumatic happen in their life, they always say WHY would God let this happen to me, like this verse,
Psalm 144:2He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me.
We need to think about what we are saying, why would God be the person who caused these situation's on our life? all he has ever wanted for us, is happiness, love, and to be abundantly blessed in everything we put our hand to.....so what makes you think that it is his fault? although everyone knows that Satan only tries "to still, kill, and destroy", people steal seem to blame Christ for every fault that comes our way.
I have an idea, How about we give God more credit for what he does in our life, how about when we wake up in the morning, instead of complaining about our life, how about thanking him for the breath we are able to breathe, our family, our Job, his Love and his mercy and Grace that he pours on us day after day after day, and we start to expect it, and we soak it up like a selfish sponge, and don't think anything about it.
How about lets start telling our storms in our life how big our God is, instead of telling are God how big our storms are, start waking up and say i don't except this debt in my life, these worries , finances, struggles, tears, situations or whatever else your problems are, give them to Jesus, thank God for the Good in your life not the Bad, praise him for all his marvelous blessings!!!
Psalm 68:19Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Selah
